The

intersection

of

innovation

and

tradition.

Our core values

Our values are deeply ingrained pillars that guide our decisions, our culture, and the way we empower courses-so they can deliver the best possible experience to their golfers.

Lead with integrity

We do what’s right for courses and the game itself. With honesty and transparency, we protect the tee sheet, lock in revenue, and build lasting trust.

01

Honor tradition

We honor that tradition while solving golf’s unique perishability problem, giving courses modern tools to thrive without losing what makes the game special.

02

Empower the game

We put courses in control of their data, brand, and pricing. By strengthening the business of golf, we ensure operators can grow sustainably—and golfers can enjoy the game for decades to come.

Why we built Golf District

The question was simple: what happens when plans change? In practice, we saw three main approaches in the industry, none of them ideal. Some courses issue refunds and lose control of revenue. Others enforce strict no-refund policies, leaving golfers frustrated. Many even try to prepay but then allow cancellations or refunds anyway, which defeats the purpose. And in other cases, non-refundable deposits provide no recourse to the golfer at all. In every scenario, the perishability problem remained unsolved.

Golf District changes that. As the first of its kind – the world’s most advanced prepaid demand platform in golf – courses receive their full rack rate revenue directly from their tee sheet on their own website and never issue refunds. Golfers, meanwhile, keep their flexibility: with one click, they return the time back to the course’s website. When another golfer books it, the original player is reimbursed at the resale price – whether set by the golfer or, when needed, controlled by the course. That flexibility is especially valuable for municipalities with pricing limits. And through it all, the course never loses control.

Our system also safeguards protected categories of non-standard public golfers – like residents or members – while giving operators full price control, both on the initial sale and every resale. Public inventory stays public, protected categories remain reserved, and every transaction happens under the course’s brand.

The results? Zero no-shows, up to 40% higher ADR, six- and seven-figure revenue gains, and better access for all. Golf is now leading the way for other industries facing the same perishability problem. By proving that a system can be built with integrity, safeguard operators, and protect customers, Golf District sets a new standard for how constrained industries everywhere can operate.
